Tropic Thunder

I saw a movie titled “tropic thunder” last night. The plot was as follows. A group of self-absorbed actors set out to make the most expensive war film. But after ballooning costs force the studio to cancel the movie, the frustrated director refuses to stop shooting, leading his cast into the jungle of Southeast Asia, where they encounter real bad guys.

Staring :   Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr., Jack Black, Nick Norte, and Tom Cruise

I really went into this movie believing I’d be entertained. I enjoy Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr. and the advance buzz sounded intriguing. However, I thought it was extremely unfunny and falls away short of what it sets out to achieve, I admit, but the execution is somewhat lacking. My wife and I agreed the talent in the movie was severely under-utilized. It felt a lot longer than it actually was, not a good sign. All and all, a rather mediocre fair.  Yet I really impressed Tom Cruise who was dancing very obscene dance quit well at the end of the movie.  I didn’t understand who he was at first because he disguised himself with a wig of bold head and fat. He is worthy to be a superb actor indeed.   206words

I don’t have Caucasian wife who speaks English and I don’t need English everyday in my life, also for my business. But we had studied English at secondary school, high school and college for  at least 10years, yet we are not still better English speakers.  The most important problem is how to retain our English comprehensions  for ever in such circumstances which we’ve got only a few chance to speak with foreigners in English. I suppose we need really considerable efforts to keep them. Doing like that makes us better English speakers, I believe. 日々鍛錬” or to train yourself everyday.   103words

Progress

I believe that there sure is something connected between walking and memorizing. If you really want to be a better English speaker, I think it’s not enough that you’ve only got English class with native speaker once a week in college. You need at least several times a week. And you need a passion or a desire to study English and also require to be an infant parrot (infant parrot can mimic what person said). In my case, I’m studying at small English school for 90 minutes once a week. I’m trying to memorize textbook during a morning walk and a moonlight stroll using my favorite mp-3. And I repeat and repeat what they say (I’ve recorded textbook’s voice), yep, mimic and imitate again and again  until it becomes of my own words. If you’d do so at least 50 minutes a day, you sure would find out some wonderful progresses after all. That is one of my ways of improving English. By the way, it seems none of the students in this class try to raise their hand and ask instructor what they’re suppose to do. No one understand just read what is written on the blackboard. Well, folks! Why don’t we raise hand and ask Paul which button should we click or so on, absolutely in English. There’s no easiest way to improve English without your efforts.      224words

Needless two-chamber

We have bicameral system in Japan now. Those are called The House of Councilor and The House of Representative. They ought to discuss about some important policies very deliberately. The Government party is in a majority in The House of Representative and the Opposition is in a majority in The House of Councilors. The Government party is going to pass their f…’in policy, or free fuel supplies for allied war ships on Indian Ocean  again. If they are going to be denied it  in The House of Councilor by the Oppositions, they are trying to pass a bill as acceptable again. How stupid they are! Theres no meaning of two-chamber system. It must be

Japanese Government is trying to scatter money on all people, and it would be only once. How momentary stupid policy they are going to do! It’s just“scattering money”, it must be futility. 12.000 Jpy per each would never have any effects on our life everyday. Where do they bring such a thick-headed idea from? We all want them something changed not stupid policy. They must be wondering what they should do. Why don’t we leave generous country but be stingy country. They don’t notice that decreasing debt makes us rich and happy. And they’re always telling about “Resources”. That’ll be easy problem without they’re expecting about new income. Disarmament and withdrawal from Iraq and Indian Ocean would be sure to save the worst economy in Japan.
